What is the Retreat?
Join us for the inspiring and transformative free and charity clinic leadership retreat at the luxurious Andaz Savannah, a boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District. Scheduled for September 5-7, 2025, this exclusive retreat is designed for clinic leaders, administrators, and advocates dedicated to advancing health care access for underserved communities. Set against the backdrop of Savannah’s charming cobblestone streets and historic squares, the Andaz Savannah offers a vibrant urban oasis with modern sophistication and southern hospitality, making it the perfect venue for collaboration, reflection, and networking.
The three-day retreat brings together leaders from free and charity clinics across the state to share best practices, address challenges, and develop innovative strategies to enhance community healthcare. The program will include presentations from health care advocates, clinic leaders, and nonprofit experts, with networking sessions to foster collaborations and gain insight. It is designed to empower leaders in charitable care clinics with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to lead their organizations to success, even in the face of significant challenges.

The retreat begins at 1:00pm on Friday, September 5 and includes sessions on Friday 1:00-5:00pm, Saturday 8:30-Noon, Sunday 8:00-11:00am.

The registration includes all sessions—Friday 1:00-5:00pm, Saturday 8:30-Noon, Sunday 8:00-11:00am, Friday evening reception and dinner on the hotel terrace and breakfast buffets on Saturday and Sunday.

The early bird of $459 rate is available from June 23 – July 11, 2025. After July 11, the registration fee is $579.
Additional Friday dinner tickets can be purchased for $100 each prior to July 11. Beginning July 12, the dinner ticket charge is $125.

The registration fee is refundable less a $75 cancellation charge by 5:00pm on Wednesday, August 6. After that time, no refunds will be given.

The hotel’s farm-to-table restaurant, 22 Square, will serve locally inspired Southern cuisine, showcasing seasonal ingredients during breakfast buffets and the networking dinner. With its prime location, just steps from River Street and City Market, attendees can also enjoy Savannah’s vibrant nightlife and cultural attractions during downtime.
