The meeting begins at 9:00 AM on Monday, May 4 and concludes on Tuesday, May 5 after lunch.

The registration fee is refundable, less a $75 cancellation charge through 5:00 PM (EDT) on Wednesday, April 8. After that time, no refunds will be given.

Registration
Registration is now open. The registration fee includes two continental breakfasts, two lunches, one reception, all presentations, and meeting collaterals. The registration fee is refundable, less a $75 cancellation charge through 5:00 PM (EDT) on Wednesday, April 8. After that time, no refunds will be given. The early bird rate for GCCN members ends after March 12.

Hotel Accommodations
GCCN is holding a block of rooms for the nights of Sunday (5/3) and Monday (5/4) at a cost of $194 per room, per night, all fees included. All reservations booked require a credit card to guarantee each guest room at the contracted group rate. You can book online for only the dates of May 3 and May 4. For additional days you must call in to book a room. Please reserve by April 3 to receive the reduced room rate.

As a sponsor, if you would like to exhibit your organization, product or service the cost is included in your sponsorship fee. If you would like only to exhibit, the cost is $500 for the duration of the event. The exhibit space only includes a 6’ x 30” draped table, 2 chairs and 1 wastebasket. You will also receive a list of conference attendees. Electrical hook-up is an additional charge available through the resort. Upon receipt of completed form, you will receive a confirmation email with further information and details of your participation in the conference.
